Two finger holes and a large rubber dowel for use on the rings. Hook and Loop wristband closure. Measure from base of palm to tip of longest finger.

X-Small (0) – up to 6-1/2″

Small (1) – 6-1/2″ to 7″

Medium (2) – 7″ to 7-1/2″

Large (3) – 7-1/2″ to 8″

X-Large (4) – 8″ and up
