Regular Width Dowel Gymnastics Grips for Girls

The gymnastics grips below have the standard width of leather in the palm of the grip.  We typically recommend a Narrow Grip for younger girls when they are purchasing their first pair of dowel grips, so the regular width grips are generally most appropriate for older and/or optional level girls.

These Dowel Grips all have 2 finger holes, a leather-wrapped dowel and come in your choice of either Buckle or Velcro closure.
