The updated Short Cable Single Bar Trainer is the replacement for the current U-Base model. All single bar trainers work with both men’s and women’s bars!

  • The bar height can be adjusted from 42-3/4″ to 90-3/4″ in 200 mm increments and from 90-3/4″ to 98-3/4″ in 50 mm increments.
  • 10’10” x 5′ Footprint
  • Adjustability for maximum use over a pit
  • Great for beginner level skills
  • Not recommended for elite level release moves
  • Works well the AAI Universal Spotting Platform
